Baby one year old
Mom cooked pulut kuning with rendang..

Masak Sardin
Chili blend with garlic
a can of sardin
sliced kentang fried
asam jawa
Fried chili until fragrant, then add the sardin, add tamarind juice and salt to taste... then add the kentang..
walla .. enak dimakan bersama roti canai or with rice

Fried vermicelli with squid
Squids- sliced
chili = blended with lots of garlic
vermicelli rice = soak in hot water and drain
tauge or bean sprout
soy sauce, osyter sauce and salt to taster
Heat the oil, add chilli, fried .. then add the sliced squid, stir stir
add vermicelli rice, mixed well, add soy sauce and osyter sauce.. stir stir
add salt to taste, and then bean sprout to add last so it wont be overcooked

One World One Heart - Giveaway
Stumbled across the OWOH website tonight, and was touch with the generousity of people across the world. Most giveaways are selfmade and really come from their hearts.
My humble giveaways will be - a dozen postcards from Malaysia plus Malaysian one ringgit note (heheh its only worth USD 33 cents). I am yet to get the postcards, but it will be a combination of beautiful sceneries or painting of Malaysia. I will select TWO names on Valentine Day. To win, pls leave your comments. Ingredients/Bahan-bahan
Flour, hot oil (any type of cooking oil will do), salt and water - combined and mixed until become dough
