Alfredo spiralatti with meatball

Perasaan nak memasak tu datang tiba-tiba... and I managed to take photo of the cooing session..

Ingredient..for the meatball..
minced meat.. those yang health conscious can use the australian lean minced, gue pakai ramli burger minced aje.. JIMAT..

garam, black pepper and garlic flake..

the sauce...
and to save masa I used leggo alfredo sauce... its too troublesome to get all the ingredi4ents needed to make the sauce for one person.. cheaper to but the ready made sauce.. kalau tak carilah resepinya kat internet..

the pastaa.. u can use fetuccine, penne, spiral or anything laa janji pasta

Kaedah..
Mixed thed minced with the garam (wa guna australian sea lake salt..sedap garam ni and convenient to use), black pepper (gue guna combination of three pepper, black, white and red.. dah dekat nak habis and tak jumpa lagi benda ni kat cold storage@ hmm) n garlic flake (kalau tak de korang gunalah crushed garlic)... then kepal-kepalkan jadi meatball.. how big? depends on your liking.. la.. then fry in shallow oil..

heat the alfredo sauce



Pour the sauce on top of the pasta

nak taruk parmesan cheese ke add more crushed black pepper ke, salad ke tu korang punya pasal.... gue malas...

Actually you can use different sauce too.. yang penting is the meatball.. mine is tender and juicy...
