For he is the brother of 'O' ....
I go gabrahhhhhhh
I ask him who he want to see?
Ariel.. his reply.. so I sent him to her immediately
And lucky he did not recognise me!!!
I hope so..
Now imagine if it has been 'O'
my gabrahness will be times twenty...
For I do not want to see 'O' again...... ever!

Steps by steps to cooking kerepek sira cornflake
Rajin lagi nih..
The ingredient..
chili sengenggam + garlic (4 ulas) + belacan (a pinch if suka)..blend it
honey - 2 tablespoon
cornflake - 275gm
ikan bilis goreng ranggup - the more the merrier
kacang goreng
Kaedah memasak
Fry the blended chilies until kering..
Add 4 tablespoon of sugar and stir until caramelised add honey... keep on stirring.. thenadd ikan bilis goreng and kacang goreng
Ginilah warnanya .. agak-agakla
Stir...stir and then add cornflake and toss the mixture so it can be evenly coated with the sira
toss lagi... dan hasilnya

Alfredo spiralatti with meatball
Perasaan nak memasak tu datang tiba-tiba... and I managed to take photo of the cooing session..
Ingredient..for the meatball..
minced meat.. those yang health conscious can use the australian lean minced, gue pakai ramli burger minced aje.. JIMAT..
garam, black pepper and garlic flake..
the sauce...
and to save masa I used leggo alfredo sauce... its too troublesome to get all the ingredi4ents needed to make the sauce for one person.. cheaper to but the ready made sauce.. kalau tak carilah resepinya kat internet..
the pastaa.. u can use fetuccine, penne, spiral or anything laa janji pasta
Kaedah..
Mixed thed minced with the garam (wa guna australian sea lake salt..sedap garam ni and convenient to use), black pepper (gue guna combination of three pepper, black, white and red.. dah dekat nak habis and tak jumpa lagi benda ni kat cold storage@ hmm) n garlic flake (kalau tak de korang gunalah crushed garlic)... then kepal-kepalkan jadi meatball.. how big? depends on your liking.. la.. then fry in shallow oil..

heat the alfredo sauce
Pour the sauce on top of the pasta

Kerepek cornflake
Its one o'clock and what did I do? I sira some cornflake..
The ingredients
Cornflake
Chilli + a little bit of garlic, blend with water
Sugar
Oil
Ikan bilis - fried it
Kacang tanah, fried and buang skin, or if u are lazy like me, I used kacang shandung.. dah siap makan aje..
Kaedahnya..
Heat the oil, fry the chilli and garlic yang dan diblend tu... stir stir until completely cooked and water dah tak ada, add sugar to caramelised te mixture.. taruk banyak manislah kerepek hang nanti.. as it thicken add the ikan bilis and kacang.. mixed everything together.. and lastly add on the cornflake.. toss around so the corflake are coated with the concortion tu...
Right now I'm waiting for the mixture to sejuk, la ni dok lemau ... hopefully the cornflake akan turn out to be crispy and crunchy. Taken the picture of the mixture in the kuali.. maybe later-later I upload..
The product,.. rasa ok, this morning mom commented that it could use some belacan. a bit lemau but ada yg crunchy tak tahulah silap mana, maybe the cornflake yang lemau, I used the old cornflake yang baki entah bila entah

Drifting apart!

I have not been in touch with Orang tu for quite a while. I am busy, Orang tu pun busy. Though about a week or so I've dreamt of Orang tu. Mimpi yang decent and nice to dream of. Don't know if orang tu pun mimpi me jugak. Mimpi kita tak sama..... I've resisted the urge to call orang tu. Buat apa? sakitkan hati masing-masing. I am tired..
Orang tu call today, I pretended not to miss Him. Orang tu noticed that my voice is different (i'm trying to use i don't care tone but it might have sounded i am so sad tone!). It is just a routine call... when I need you, I'll look for you kind of thing....
We are drifting further and further apart and there will be no chance of us to be together. He is happy, I am happy too if I'm not thinking about him .. I need to keep myself busy. So work! work! work! here I come....

Smashing wave
After playing in the sand, the kids are allowed some fun in the water...they all wait for the wave to come in...air pasang kuat..so the wave hit them and they drift a little bit hehehe

Kekanak dok main lompat-lompat kat gigi air... We reached PD at two, hujab.. wait for the hujan to stop and the tide rising.. ombak quite big until JPA bunyi siren tak bagi masuk air...
Balik kampung...
Kampung abah kek Kuala Sawah, Rantau.. wa dah tau (agak-agak saja) the way to this place, so next time can self drive hehehe

KUTAM GUMUK
Kutum gumuk 2 kati... kuahnya lima bintang.. tak pedas sedap hingga licin pinggan
ikan steam .. kecik aje.. oklah.. gue yang makan banyak ikan
chicken wing yang dibeli kat supermarket lalu digoreng oleh pakcik china tu (i hope... ameen!)
Lihatlah isi ketam yang putih melepak lagi lemak tu...
Anyway next session kita pi makan kat kedai depan tu... ada roof top seating lagi..provided depa tak serve cik bi laa..
