Mentarang (a type of shell/clam) cooked with dried chilies

Fresh mentarang bought from Pasar Tani = RM4.50 per kilo, I bought two kilos because I thought this is bamboo or razor clam... its not..
 

Fry garlic and dried red chilies
 

Add the clam and oyster sauce, sesame seed oil and thick soy sauce. Stir
 

Add chunks of onion. Take a tablespoon of corn flour, mixed with water and add to the clam.. keep on stirring until cooked

Earlier for breakfast I've made mashed eggs. Take it with mini croissant from Bread Story.. yum yum...
