Salmon Head Curry

Recipe....

One fresh salmon head .. cut into four pieces if possible.
 

Heat two tablespoon (or one as salmon is oily) and fry crush garlic and curry leave until fragrant.. Add curry paste (baba's gish curry and add water). stir until cooked and add water.
 

Add peeled whole tomatoes and then the fish head and also tamarind juice or assam skin..
wheres the coconut milk? no need...
 

simmer until cooked, best eaten with rice, else eat it with bread ... yum yum
 


p/s remembering the time in warwick, when salmon head is only 50p, and I cooked curry ...
