Fact #1
I am not a planner.... I am a "no need to think or plan, just follow the guts feeling and do it kind of person". So don't be surprise that I will be in deep trouble (very few times la)before you can say "Hold your toughts please!"

I love gadgets and stationeries... still dreaming owning various gadgets and my desires to travel to Japan to shop for kawaii stationeries still on the list of "100 things I need to do before I die".

I am a certified life guard (aheemmm though the cert only valid for two years then u need to take up the test again)... complete with CPR cert and all (Award level, whereby you have to swim 50m length and in between need to dive and touch two bricks under water.. all under 70 seconds.... Hey I am not a fast swimmer, but I have the endurance.

I love petaiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii give me petai, I can eat it raw... I can eat with anything, bread, beehoon, soup etc... can can.. just give me petai...

I can bet that I cannot eat more than 3/4 of fruits available. Lemme list what I do eatDurian, rambutan, grape, mango (not too ripe), lai (nashi pear), crunchy apple (golden delicous/fuji and green apple only) , green strawberry, pineapple, mangosteen, guava (not ripe), jambu air, jeruk betik muda (fresh betik is no no, except somtam), ... well will add on, can't think of anymore fruits that I eat

petai bakar and jenahak bakar enfagrow .. heheh nak recipe
Mixed turmeric powder, milk powder (we use aisha formula), coarse salt (yes it has to be coarse) plus margarine., smear all over the jenahak fish and grill
the spreadddddddd the cockles were awesome ...

Salmon Head Curry
Recipe....
One fresh salmon head .. cut into four pieces if possible.
Heat two tablespoon (or one as salmon is oily) and fry crush garlic and curry leave until fragrant.. Add curry paste (baba's gish curry and add water). stir until cooked and add water.
Add peeled whole tomatoes and then the fish head and also tamarind juice or assam skin..
wheres the coconut milk? no need...
simmer until cooked, best eaten with rice, else eat it with bread ... yum yum
p/s remembering the time in warwick, when salmon head is only 50p, and I cooked curry ...

Friday afternoon,
sent the blue kancil to the workshop at eneos, need to do something on the brake. Took baby with me, so we end up walking from jaya jusco to the other end parkson... baby walk most of the way... balik she slept like a log hahhaha too tired...
for lunch, went to johnny (yeah again, can't get enough of steamboat this few days).. order set for one plus shrimp ball, guess what baby ate the fish mee and spinach wantan mee, and she wants more, so order another portion of fish noodle. She also took the shrimp ball, fish and chicken... unfortunately i don't have a picture of her eating ..
