Penat oiii nak buat ngaku chips...
First u need to peel the ngaku thingy
then u need to slice thinly the ngaku (pakai slicers lah)
then u kena fry -- over not too hot oil and not too many (part ni fail)
I just add a lot, thus the ngaku is not cooked or rather brown proportionately...
so ada yang burnt, soft etc..
ohh jgn lupa tapis all the minyak and sprinkle salt over the ngaku chips..
