Health status

in the clear; heart, bp, cholestrol
in the red: sugar level and the obvious obesity problem

my target to reduce the sugar level to acceptable level in one month time..
weight wise... arrrrrrrrghhhhhhh tension tensionnnnnnnnnnnnnn

Do take care, my dear friend. My MIL has diabetes and it's really hard for her to eat out...

Take less rice, drink less sugary drinks and eat less kuih. Helps a lot!

Hubby is watching it too since it's hereditary :P

Oh, I know how you can lose weight. Move to China!!! I lose 4-5 kg instantly each time we fly back here...
