Sis no 3 - bought a single storey semi-D in Kuantan.... The plus points (hey forget that it is two and half hour drive from KL..

1. The location, very- very near the highway exit of Chendor
2. The house, is like 200 meters if not less, away from the beach...u can see the sea among the kelapa tree from the road infront their house
3. land area.. u can build another house at the back of the house.. its that big...
