Fatty Crabs!!!!

How to cook fatty crab ala shilla...
1. get two or three live fatty crab .. steam it whole . Kill it first if you do not warn to torture the crab ala the nazi hot shower.. However if you malas to steam it, you can boiled it.

2. deshelled and clean the crab, throw out whatever parts u don't want. Crack the claws. Halfed the crabs...




3. Heat oil... Throw in whatever amount of crush garlic u like.. ahemm in my case the whole bulb.. Add in some smacked chilies (chili api preferred) fry somemore...Then add in the ketam.. stir stir stir..
4. Take maggi black pepper sauce .. add water to it.. and then stir in the ketam... keep tossing and make sure the sauce coated the crabs.. and wallaaaaaaaaaaa deliciously fatty crab ala shilla..




So what if u dont have the pre-mix black pepper sauce..
crushed black pepper, corn flour, salt, soy sauce, oyster sauce mixed them together.. The proportion please agak-agak sendiri...
